Our mission is to awaken, motivate, empower, and completely transform each individual who struggles with obesity, who can’t seem to lose weight on their own, and most importantly, who truly want to get healthy and recover from the disease of food addiction. Our program holds each client accountable. We also provide unconditional support, along with our step- by- step program in an environment where you will have the opportunity to take charge of your life, learn about nutrition, lose the weight and reach your maximum potential. Instruction is offered by Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Competitor Francesca Lucioni.



The Boot camp is an intense 50-minute program created for optimal weight loss and firming of the chest, back, arms, glutes, legs and specially the core. The program also includes a detailed nutritional guidance planner from an accredited sports nutritionist. You will also automatically receive our monthly fitness and nutrition newsletter to further help and educate you along your weight loss journey.


Training Sessions vary and include:
- Calisthenics
- Plyometrics
- Toning of Core
- Ropes, Kettle bells, P-90x & TRX Exercises
- Arnold-style free-weight exercises
- Yoga
- Kickboxing
